Author and Van Life Enthusiast

This is the ultimate guide on Eamon And Bec for 2022.

Over the last 18 months, I have watched almost 40 hours of YouTube videos created by Eamon And Bec, as well as researched as much as I could.

If you’re curious about:

👉 How Eamon And Bec afforded their van

👉 How they make their money today (including YouTube income stats)

👉 Where they have traveled to

👉 What issues and controversies they have handled

👉 How you can live van life within the next 90 days

Then you’ve definitely come to the right website.

Before we begin, a quick intro from the Van Life Freedom author…

The Van Life Freedom Author

I’m Joshua and a fellow van life enthusiast.

I’ve discovered the ultimate business model for remote workers.

With this business model, I’m able to:

👉 Own my own van completely debt-free

👉 Survive for several days without wifi

👉 Create semi-passive income online

👉 Run my business from any parking lot

But hey, let’s talk about that later. Back to Eamon And Bec…

Eamon And Bec FAQs (July 2022)

Van Name

Their latest van has no name.

Creators

Eamon Fitzgerald (age 30)

Rebecca Moroney (age 29)

They have been together for 9 years and engaged for 5 years.

Remarkably, they are NOT married yet. We’re waiting patiently!

They are definitely still together, especially during this difficult time.

The Van

Eamon and Bec have a converted 2015 Mercedes Sprinter van.

It has a longer 170″ wheelbase with 170,000 kilometers.

You can see a tour here of their latest van:

It’s their 3rd van and they previously had a Sprinter van too.

Sadly, this van (called Trinity) was left in Africa due to the Pandemic.

Its license plate is ‘Chaiwala’ a reference to Indian tea makers.

They have recently ventured back to Morocco to recover her.

Upgrades

Eamon and Bec built their kitchen themselves with self-locking drawers and a swivel passenger seat.

Amazingly, they have 12v heated floors which I haven’t seen before!

They have a ton of solar with 5x105w solar panels to power this beast.

Affording It

Eamon and Bec don’t have kids and had minimal student loans.

As a result, they were able to purchase each van with personal savings.

They didn’t come from rich parents or get some magical handouts.

Both had to work full-time to buy their first van.

Their 2nd and 3rd vans were funded from their online income.

Making Money

You’d be surprised how much money they actually make.

Eamon and Bec are making $19,200 per month on YouTube.

Remarkably, their expenses are under $2,000/month.

So they’re able to save a ton with their van life journey.

👉 Sales of their van life layout guide ($49 per sale!)

👉 Sales of their vegan cookbooks ($19.95 per sale!)

👉 Sales of their merchandise (t-shirts, candles and blankets)

👉 Affiliate links in the description of their videos

This brings their net worth to an incredible $540,000 USD.

They also own an eCommerce brand called Chaiwala Chai.

Rebecca doesn’t have an OnlyFans nor does she have any other sketchy ways to make money.

Collabs

Eamon And Bec have collaborated with numerous YouTubers.

Their best friends are Kara and Nate where they all lived on a raft for 2 days straight and (temporarily) lived in a van too. They have also swapped vans with them.

In addition, they have done the #boatlife experience with Sailing La Vagabonde.

Location

Both Eamon And Bec are in the United States and living in a normal house for the time being.

Past Travels

Eamon And Bec have been to a ton of different countries with their previous vans.

Big Moments

During their travels, they haven’t come across any scary scenarios.

They do have a panic button on their latest van with an alarm system.

Sadly, their friend Lee Macmillan died of suicide after being struck by an Amtrak train. She had an enduring battle with mental illness.

She was only 28 years old and featured in some videos as the thruple.

This is their devotional video:

If I could borrow just one quote by Lee: “Depression is being stuck in the past, anxiety is being stuck in the future.”

Future Plans

As you’re probably aware, Bec is going through her Cancer treatment.

They aren’t planning to travel far in the immediate future.

Key Lessons

We can learn a ton from Eamon and Bec. This includes:

👉 Life is super short

👉 Van living is very affordable

👉 Start your journey today

And be open to new opportunities!

Conclusion

I certainly have been enjoying their journey and the current situation is merely a temporary setback.

I fully support Bec on her difficult journey and I can’t wait to see them on the road again very soon!
